Our customers are Finnish companies and their international subsidiaries. Infoglove can operate as an entire reporting system for a small company or a departmental application for an enterprise.

Many Infoglove customers used to build their complex statistical reports by collecting data from their ERP system and typing it to a spreadsheet. Needless to say, it was a very time-consuming and error-prone practice.

Suomen Addon Oy saves time with Infoglove
Suomen Addon Oy is a privately owned company established in 1990. The company imports computer equipment, sells them to dealers and makes contract manufacturing.

"In my daily work I must produce different reports that are necessary for managing and planning our business operations. Our ERP software handles effectively our inventory, sales, purchases, accounts receivable and accounts payable. However, in spite of extensive reporting in the ERP system, I used to spend a lot of time creating and maintaining important reports. Often I had to tediously build a report by combining data from different sources.

Now I have used Infoglove Business Reporting about one year and don't even want to think of my past working practices. One of Infoglove's best features is the possibility to export data into a spreadsheet which enables me to continue data processing in many ways.

I need information of different standpoints and compressed to a proper level. For example, when I want to know sales by customers and its development in the last five years, I get the information in a couple of seconds. Then I open the report in Excel and build a graphical presentation for a better overview. Often I also need to know what causes positive or negative trends. Again, in a couple of seconds, I get sales by products possibly filtered to concern certain customers.

As to Infoglove Business Reporting, I am sure of at least two things. Now I use only a fraction of time to produce necessary reports compared to the past and Infoglove gives me much more information I used to get with my previous tools."

Myntti Oy saves reporting costs with Infoglove
Myntti Oy is a daily consumer goods wholesaler in Pietarsaari, Finland. The company is founded in 1937 and last year's turnover was about 20 m€. Myntti's business line is regional express for daily consumer goods.

Nordic Cosmetics Ltd Oy enhances business monitoring with Infoglove
Nordic Cosmetics Ltd Oy, established in 1995, imports cosmetics. Now it is the fourth largest cosmetics distributor in Finland. Nordic Cosmetics represents 26 international brands in domestic trade. Annual turnover is about 10.5 m€.

"In the changing marketing environment one has to keep company activities flexible and be prepared to continual change. Importance of reporting is rising. It must be fast, extensive and timely. And it is very important that it rapidly develops according to our needs.

Last year we realized that our company needs a more advanced statistical tool for monitoring sales than the system our ERP offers. We wanted a better view to purchases, too. It would have taken years of work to change our ERP, so it seemed appealing to purchase a separate statistical tool.

Rapoflex Oy reports sales with Infoglove
Rapoflex is a privately owned company founded in 1983 that sells high-quality whetting equipment. Turnover is now about 5 m€. Customers consist mainly of large Finnish companies. Five regional managers organize nearly all sales.

"Although our accounting software is able to fulfil expectations concerning its core functions it cannot do satisfactory reporting. So we decided to acquire Infoglove in January 2005.

We are especially pleased with the many selection possibilities Infoglove offers. We get exactly the information that is needed. Being 100% thin-client based internet application it allows our representatives to be independent of preinstalled workstations or laptops. I know that Infoglove greatly helps us in customer service.
