Application
and data warehouse
Infoglove is a thin client web application
needing no workstation installation. During
implementation process Infoglove can
semi-automatically generate a data warehouse
using
a
star schema design concept which offers
great flexibility combined to good
performance.

Consulting, training
and support
Training sessions are usually held at the
customer's office. Typical length of a training
session is one day thanks to Infoglove's user
friendly interface. In many cases remote
teaching
is the preferred method of training. Having a clear
user interface Infoglove rarely needs more than
one day's training to enable efficient use.
Infoglove's consultants help customers to
develop their reporting system when new business
needs arise. The service concept contains free
telephone and mail support to every customer
during business hours.
